Every effort is made to ensure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide
a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.

To return or exchange an item Please follow the following instructions:

1.	Call The Jewelry Domain customer service at 1-866-526-4921 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
2.	Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including, the packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Please write the Return Authorization number on your packing slip for our reference.
3.	If the Total amount on your invoice is: Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached The Jewelry Domain.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
4.	Mail Package to: The J Domain 2371 Fenton St. Chula Vista, CA 91914

The item MUST be received at The Jewelry Domain WITHIN THIRTY(30) DAYS from the date
of shipment of the order from The Jewlery Domain. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days
from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund.

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
The original The Jewelry Domain security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds
to be processed. The Jewelry Domain will refund the full cost of the item
EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using
the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

** If an order shipped is defective, then The Jewelry Domain will only reimburse
shipping and handling up to a max of $15.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn
and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted
for refund.

* all sales outside of the U.S. are final and not returnable.
* The Jewelry Domain will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
